The real deal or a total steal?
The room was clean, comfortable, and the food was AMAZING! ! We enjoyed live music, fun activities, and truly had a relaxing experience surrounded by beautiful views.
Sadly, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and the kitchen underwhelmed with inconsistent food quality which could definitely use improvement.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the cozy fireplace and chilling in our heart-shaped bathtub while enjoying the lake view. I loved unwinding in the jacuzzi and the outdoor swimming pool after a long day. The only downside was that the dining options didn’t have as many choices as I expected, but overall, it was a fantastic getaway! 😊

I enjoyed the nightly entertainment and found the activities staff to be engaging. One memorable moment was participating in the water balloon toss and trivia, which brought everyone together. The breakfast was satisfactory, and having access to various outdoor activities added to the fun.
The costs for using a golf cart were high, and the drink prices felt excessive. The rooms seemed dated and could benefit from some renovation.

Yo, the breakfast was solid — I'm talkin' fresh, tasty, and kept me fueled for hiking by the lake. Plus, I loved rocking out to the DJ during happy hour, good vibes only! Oh, and the view on the balcony? Absolutely gorgeous.
On the flip side, I was bummed that some activities were a no-show, like the spa and canoing that were hyped up. Our heater? Total bust, and calling for maintenance was a waste because no one showed up.

I enjoyed the charm of the Roman Tower Suite. The room was spacious, and the heart-shaped jacuzzi was a fun touch. It felt romantic with cozy lighting and a great sound system. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, perfect for streaming. However, the dining experience fell short. The breakfast buffet lacked variety and could use improvements. Dinner was underwhelming. the food tasted a bit bland. I also noticed the sauna didn’t heat properly, which was disappointing. Staff were friendly, but the service was slow at times. The location offered great outdoor activities, which we appreciated, but some amenities were out of order. Overall, I loved the atmosphere, but management needs to pay more attention to the dining service and room upgrades.

We stayed in the Roman Tower Suite, and it was really cool. Super clean, the jacuzzi was a highlight with the nice setup. The room was cozy, but I was expecting it to be a bit bigger. I loved the vibe, though, especially the heart-shaped elements. The indoor pool was a fun addition! Just a couple of things—our heater didn't work properly, and the shower was pretty basic. Overall, a solid experience!

The heart-shaped pool and champagne-shaped jacuzzi make for a unique experience that really adds to the romantic vibe of the suite. Engaging activities around the resort create an enjoyable atmosphere, particularly the live entertainment that offers plenty of laughs.
The resort’s overall appearance feels quite dated, with stained floors and peeling wallpaper detracting from the romantic ambiance it seeks to create. The shower fits snugly, and when I turned on the jacuzzi jets, dirty water came out, making it clear that maintenance is lacking. In the main living area, I noticed the AC struggled to cool effectively, especially in the bedroom, which became a frustrating aspect of my stay. Limited outlets and a non-functioning coffee machine made for a few small but nagging inconveniences. The noise from nearby rooms crowded the expected tranquility, and finding someone else's pills in the closet was unsettling.

We stayed in the Fantasy Apple Suite, and the champagne glass jacuzzi was an absolute showstopper! The indoor heart-shaped pool is perfect for cozy midnight swims. I loved participating in the fun daily activities they organized-it.

Fun activities, but needs some work
The champagne tower suite was clean, but the sauna just wouldn't heat up. The complimentary breakfast was decent, which was a plus! Just wish the light switches worked properly, bit of a headache, ya know?

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed the Outdoor Adventure Zone and even squeezed in some tennis. The place offers access to activities and amenities across three resorts, which kept things lively. Make sure to check out the schedule for dinner and entertainment. it’s all well organized!
My only negative experience was with the breakfast service being slow and the food not great. It could use a serious upgrade.
